FAE Tutoring & Intervention: Program Enrollment

To guarantee student placement and consistent progress, all tutoring is contracted on a per-semester basis (Fall: August–December / Spring: January–May).

Families may choose between our preferred monthly pre-payment option or standard weekly billing:

• Preferred Monthly Pre-Payment Rate: $38.00 per session
  (Billed as a fixed installment on the 1st of each month based on your student's monthly plan)
• Standard Weekly Billing Rate: $40.00 per session
  (Billed on the Friday prior to the upcoming week of service)
   

• Foundational Block (1 session/week): Grade-level maintenance, foundational skill reinforcement, and homework support.
• Progress Block (2 sessions/week): Mastery of core academic standards, closing learning gaps, and targeted intervention.
• Intensive Block (3+ sessions/week): Rapid academic acceleration, credit recovery support, and intensive behavioral/RLM intervention.

Note: All new enrollments require a one-time, non-refundable $35.00 Diagnostic & Consultation Fee prior to session scheduling.
 

Program plan recommendations are tailored to each student. Placement decisions are based on:

• Diagnostic Data: Results from our mandatory internal diagnostic assessment. 
• Records Review: A comprehensive review of school transcripts, standardized test scores, IEP/504 plans, and intervention history.
• Stakeholder Feedback: Collaborative input from parents and students regarding specific academic and personal goals.
