Interested families can register to receive toys and other supplies during our annual holiday community event.  

July 21, 2024 @ 2:00p.m.

Join us as we support students of Douglas County by distributing book bags, school supplies and resource information. We look forward to a great day of food, fun and FAEmily!

Interested students may sign up to join the FAE Chess Club.  The chess club is a great way to develop student cognitive skills and increases social skills. The  club will participate in tournaments and serve as an opportunity for  your student to socialize with peers across Douglas county in a safe  environment.  Club sign ups are free, space is limited.  Fees for tournaments and the team T-shirt are separate.  The team will meet at the FAE Center at: 8641 Dorris Road - Suite 230B - Douglasville, Ga 30134

In celebration of black history month, parents may enjoy a day out, as their students learn about some of the significant figures /events of the civil rights movement.   Students ages 10-15 will enjoy age appropriate activities, lessons, and games that highlight notable events and people of the civil rights movement.  The session is open to all students and is a celebration of the unity, resilience and collaborative efforts that made up the civil rights movement.  The event is free but space is limited.  The event will take place at the new FAE Tutoring and Intervention Center located at: 8641 Dorris Road - Suite 230B - Douglasville, Ga 30134

Join us online! Parents and students interested in learning specific details about Favor Transition Academy and the petition details (location, application process, timeline of events, etc.) may join our zoom session for details.  Zoom details will be sent 24-48 hours before event. 

Join us at Gwinnett County's largest Pop-Up Shop to learn more about Favor Transition Academy.  The event will be located at:  2405 Sugarloaf Parkway- Lawrenceville, GA 30045.  Enter our raffle to win a signature FTA T-shirt or a free teen journal!

Join us at the Sheriff’s Trunk or Treat Celebration at the Harold R. Banke Justice Center, 9151 Tara Blvd, Jonesboro, GA 30236.   We will be handing out candy and information for families. Learn about ways to enter our raffle for our signature FTA T-shirt or a free teen journal!
