2023-2024 support

As we plan for the opening of Favor Transition Academy, we want to ensure interested families have access to academic, social and emotional support immediately.  The CREATE program will meet once a week and provide free academic tutoring, mentorship and opportunities to begin SEL using our signature RLM Curriculum.   

While we are not enrolling students currently, completing the form will help us maintain communication as our application period opens. Complete the below form for students who will be entering or continuing high school in the Fall of 2024.
